The 6th International Symposium for Hyperbaric Oxygen and the Recoverable Brain was held from 22 to 26 July 2008 at The Marriott Hotel in Torrance, Los Angeles, California.

It encompassed the treatment of neurologic injury for all patients at every stage of life, from pre-natal treatment in the womb to the vascular and neurodegenerative disorders of the elderly. This 3-day event will discuss Hyperbaric Oxygenation in CP and the Brain Injured Child, together with "The Recoverable Brain", exploring all aspects of neurologic injury. Over 30 of the world's leading authorities in this field assembled to share their wisdom and their philosophy for "Putting the Vision into Practice".

UDAAN was invited to present its summary of 7 years experience working with CP children using an experimental design to study the effects of Standard Therapy only or Standard Therapy coupled with HBOT at 1.75 ATA with 100% Oxygen; 1.5 ATA with 100% Oxygen 1.3 ATA with ambient air only.
